I'm just seeing a spinning flower/disc in the player
The most common reason for this may simply be that you have just
lost internet connection. This is most likely to happen if you're on a
wifi connection, perhaps if you're in an internet cafe, or if your
broadband connection isn't fast enough for the size of file you are
trying to view.
To play and stream files on Journeyman VOD you need
to be connected to the internet. If you suspect you may have lost
connection while watching, or the video you were watching suddenly
stops or appears corrupted, try clicking the Reload button in the
player control panel at the top right of the page. This will restart a
fresh stream and may well resolve it.
